As the holder of the public authority for issuing driver qualification cards (KKV), AKD issues the KKV to citizens of EU member states and/or third countries employed in legal entities and/or businesses based in EU member states, who have completed initial qualification or periodic training in Croatia and do not hold a valid Croatian driving license.
