AKD d.o.o. is the holder of the public authority for issuing the European and National Disability Identity Cards, as well as the European Parking Card for People with Disabilities.
The project "Improvement of the System for Exercising the Rights of Persons with Disabilities in the Mobility Area – MOSI" was funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
The project was carried out in partnership with the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure and AKD d.o.o. Through MOSI, we ensure faster and easier access to mobility-related rights for people with disabilities, and their rights are exercised through a unified document.
