Intergraf ISO 14298

In August 2014, AKD obtained the ISO 14298 certification for the Management of Security Printing Processes. This certification covers the highest security level in the design, production, and personalization of smart cards, personal documents of all types, as well as other documents and security-sensitive print products produced by AKD for both governmental and commercial purposes, which require exceptional protective and security features.

The mentioned certification, based on set security requirements, incorporates enhanced and upgraded CWA standards, particularly in the area of extensive IT security requirements. Upgrading this certification to the ISO standard represents a globally recognized and accepted guarantee of business quality.

This certification, along with other valuable certificates held by AKD, provides proof that the company's operations are in compliance with clearly identified management procedures for the production of secure printing, which are listed as best practices in the official certification process documentation.
