AKD produces biometric residence permit cards, unified for all EU member states according to European Commission Regulations 1030/2002 and 380/2008. These cards feature a unique design, sections, colors, security elements, and a Kinegram® mark. The electronic component uses the ICAO 9303 logical data structure within a contactless chip. The document is protected by advanced security mechanisms that prevent unauthorized access and include basic access control, passive authentication, and extended access control (chip and terminal authentication).
