AKD produces the Electronic Border Pass – a machine-readable, electronic travel document in card format, primarily aligned with the Agreement between the Republic of Croatia and Bosnia and Herzegovina on border traffic, the ICAO 9303 international standard for travel documents, and the European Commission Regulations EC 1030/2002 and EC 380/2008 on the standard approval model. It is intended for Croatian citizens from border areas who frequently cross the border and allows for stays in the neighboring country for up to seven days.
